Jennifer Grossnickle My photography depicts the majestic nature of the great outdoors. Whether hiking a trail or waiting patiently for an eagle sighting, there is a serenity in living in the moment. Through my landscape and nature images, away from the hustle-bustle of every day life, I am able to focus on that particular moment in time.

As an artist, I see beauty in every season. The spectacular color change of autumn can be as stunning as the newly blooming flowers of spring bringing joy and hope of a new season of growth. Likewise, the quiet solitude of an ice covered river depicts a season of its own. Is is in viewing the moving water, one realizes the landscape is ever changing; the one constant for every season is change.

In addition to nature and landscape, I thoroughly enjoy capturing the personality of animals whether they be large farm animals or man's best friend. Once a frequent photographer at formal dog shows, I've now expanded to include private shoots as well.

Many of my photos have been exhibited at both local and national juried art shows as well as displayed at a local gallery. Now I'm in the process of making many of these photos available to the public through this online site.
